Deliverables may include diagrams, placement references, exact settings, specifications, checklists, and written implementation guidance.No calls are required. Communication is primarily handled through email, forms, and written documentation.2. Start OptionsClients may begin through either of the following paths:Direct Start: select the closest package, complete payment, and submit the required setup form.Request a Quote: submit a quote form first, then receive the appropriate payment link after review.Not all requests fit fixed packages. If a request requires a different scope, we will notify you before work begins.3. Scope ConfirmationBefore work begins, we review your submission to confirm whether the request fits the selected package or requires a custom quote, whether the request is feasible based on the materials provided, and whether the project goals match the confirmed service scope.For Direct Start purchases, if the request fits the selected package and the submitted materials are sufficient, work may begin without a separate confirmation message.If a project does not fit the selected package, we may propose an adjusted scope, a different package, or a separate quote before proceeding.4. Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide accurate measurements, clear photos or videos of your space and current setup, equipment details, constraints, and any other materials reasonably needed to produce accurate deliverables.Delays or missing materials may affect timelines.5. Delivery TimelineUnless otherwise stated in writing, deliverables are typically provided within 48–72 hours after payment and after all required materials are received.Complex or custom projects may require more time and will be quoted before work begins.6. Revisions and FeedbackWritten feedback and refinements are provided within the confirmed scope. Where a package states unlimited feedback, this means written follow-up and refinement within the original confirmed scope only.Unlimited feedback does not include new scenes, new goals, major equipment changes, expanded business use, new platforms, or additional deliverables outside the original confirmed scope. Such requests may require a new quote.At our discretion, we may answer occasional simple follow-up questions from past clients as a courtesy. This is not included in the purchased scope and does not create an ongoing support obligation.7. Fees and PaymentPrices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.Payment is processed through PayPal, including direct payment links or invoices where applicable.Available payment options may vary by country or region.Work begins only after payment and scope confirmation, unless otherwise stated in writing.8.
